You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Payment, Pricing & Refunds
Some of our Services (for example courses) are paid. Pricing will be indicated on the Site.
Payment must be made in advance and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect any order already accepted.
Mock interview bookings are refundable only where a cancellation request is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled mock interview start time.
